Magnum Hops – 1oz

Magnum is a high alpha bittering hop. It is German variety and a daughter of Galena. Primarily used as a bittering hop, it does have light aromas of apple, pepper and spice.

Alpha Acid: 11-16%

Beta Acid: 5-7%

Profile: Apple, Pepper, Spicy, Citrus

Typical Brewing Style: Lager, Pilsner, Stout, and Ale

Possible Substitutes: Horizon, Newport.
