Strata is a new hop variety, but we think you will love it. It has big notes of mango, passion fruit, melon, strawberry, fresh melon. It has a bit of dankness too, but, it has less of the catty taste that other big hops like Citra have. Ideal for late additions, and dry hopping.

Dual Purpose Hop

Alpha Acid: 11-15%

Profile: Cannabis, mango, passion fruit, melon, strawberry

Typical Brewing Style: Pale Ale, IPA, Saison, NEIPA, Double IPA, Blondes
